Status-quo analysis with your employees

After we have captured your processes and requirements with your employees, we create a status quo analysis.


In this phase, we convert the status quo analysis into a target concept and define a clear overview of the required workflows, functions, and potential process changes. Change management is also prepared.


We will configure Haufe X360 according to your requirements and prepare the data migration. In order to test all functions, processes, and user roles, a prototype will then be deployed.
