Successful establishment of a bank branch in Spain
We made a significant contribution to the successful establishment of a new bank branch in Spain and drove forward the implementation of a functional and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.
The Goal.
Our aim was to ensure a seamless and efficient process from conception to operational implementation.
The solution.
We took over the complete project management, starting with the definition of the work processes through to strategic personnel decisions, the design and commissioning of the IT systems.
We also carried out the project management for the introduction of a new core banking system and were responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a central data warehouse with over 100 interfaces. This data warehouse serves as a central hub for extended and comprehensive reporting.
Our results.
Through our efforts and expertise, the bank was able to realize a smooth entry into the Spanish market. The efficient implementation of the core banking system and the establishment of the data warehouse not only enabled successful local operations but also extended reporting functionality on a global level.

The Goal.

The solution.
Our team developed and implemented a highly secure infrastructure based on proven IT security products to ensure data security and accessibility.
In addition, an individual data warehouse was designed, developed, and implemented, which is available 24/7, 365 days a year. This data warehouse enables management to access comprehensive and relevant data across all locations and analyze it individually.
Our results.
Through our work, the company was able to establish a global connection to its central SAP system. This leads to improved decision-making through access to real-time data and detailed analyses from different areas of the company.
Automobile industry
Optimization of the sales process for partner car dealerships
In this project, we advanced the development of a comprehensive web-based sales platform to optimize the sales process for agents.
The Goal.
The aim was to efficiently support the sales staff in partner car dealerships and ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
The solution.

The development of a platform that controls the entire sales process and efficiently manages all relevant data from lead management to closing the sale.
2. design and development of a broadcast solution that ensures the transmission of current target and actual sales figures and other important information via large screens at all company locations.
Our results.
The web-based platform optimizes the sales process to make work easier. The broadcast solution also enables immediate processing of relevant sales data and real-time information.
International trade
International trading platform
Our work consisted of creating a customized web platform that addresses the challenges of international trade between Chinese suppliers and European buyers and provides them with an efficient trading platform.
The Goal.
Our aim was to connect Chinese suppliers with European buyers via a web platform in order to promote international trade.
The solution.
An overall concept for the web platform was developed that took into account the requirements of Chinese suppliers and European buyers. Thorough research was carried out to select the ideal technology. A technical infrastructure was then designed and developed to meet the needs of both markets.
Our results.
The customized web platform enabled smooth communication and transactions between the international trading partners.
SAYA | Start-up
Location-based social network
Our project-based work for the start-up SAYA included front-end and back-end development.
The Goal.
Our aim with SAYA was to develop a location-based social network and to successfully establish it both in Germany and in Southeast Asia.
The implementation.
We developed native apps for iOS and Android, covering both the front end and the back end. The scalable infrastructure had to support the growing user demand and provide a stable platform.
The marketing of the APP was supported by marketing strategies to achieve increased visibility.
And finally, we successfully raised around €1 million from venture capital investors by offering comprehensive advice and support in the search for investors.
Billomat | Start-up
Integration into international marketplaces and CRM platforms
Expanding the reach and integration of Billomat on an international level by connecting it to well-known marketplaces and CRM systems formed the core of this project.
The Goal.
We have pursued the goal of promoting the growth of Billomat by enabling connections to international marketplaces and CRM platforms.
The solution.
1. development of an API integration concept for the seamless connection of Billomat to various platforms.
2. specific integration of Billomat into renowned e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Spotify.
3. development of the Billomat Salesforce app with a modular two-way integration process that enables data exchange in both directions.
Our results.
Our work has led to increased growth through integration with leading international e-commerce platforms, as well as more efficient use within the Salesforce platform.

In the medical industry, our team has established an efficient data management system that ensures the integrity and consistency of data to enable informed decisions and increase operational efficiency.
